Welcome to easyPet®. These Terms and Conditions "Terms" govern your use of the easyPet® platform "the Website" and services provided by easyPet®. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the Website and its services immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Website or any services provided by easyPet®, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services. By using easyPet®, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you do not agree to these Terms or do not meet the age requirement, you may not access or use the Website or services.

2. Services Provided

easyPet® is a platform that connects pet owners with independent service providers "Pet Carers" offering pet care services, including but not limited to:

• Pet boarding
• Pet sitting
• Dog walking
• Dog training
• Doggy daycare
• Drop-in visits

Disclaimer: easyPet® acts solely as a facilitator between pet owners and Pet Carers. We do not provide pet care services directly, nor are we responsible for the actions, omissions, or quality of services provided by Pet Carers.

3. Communication and Contact Information

By using easyPet®, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Once a quote request is submitted by the pet owner, easyPet® will share the contact details e.g., phone number, email address of both the pet owner and the Pet Carer.
• Pet Carers can contact pet owners directly via phone, email, or text to discuss the requested services and provide a quote. A quote can be given over the phone or through other communication methods without any prior written quote.
• easyPet® is not responsible for any subsequent communication or agreements made between the pet owner and Pet Carer once contact information has been shared.

4. Discord-Based Communication

Pet Carers access leads through the easyPet® Discord server. By participating in the server, Pet Carers agree to abide by Discord’s Terms of Service and community guidelines in addition to these Terms. No Login or Account System: There is no login or account management system on the easyPet® website. Pet Carers access leads via Discord, but all communication between Pet Carers and pet owners is facilitated directly through phone, email, or text once contact details have been exchanged.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

easyPet® provides its platform and services "as is," with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Payments and Fees

All payment arrangements between pet owners and Pet Carers are handled independently by the parties involved. easyPet® does not facilitate payments or charge service fees directly. Any financial arrangements or disputes are the sole responsibility of the pet owner and Pet Carer. easyPet® bears no responsibility for payment issues, cancellations, or refunds.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
